Office of Student Accounts
About Student Accounts
Student Accounts, which reports to the Office of the Treasurer, is responsible for the billing and collection of tuition, fees and incidental charges.
Student Accounts processes payments, credits, refunds and charges; generates monthly statements; and assists students and their families in understanding basic aspects of their student account.
Incidental charges and credits originate from departments across the College and TCC Services (The Claremont Colleges Services), such as parking citations, student health services charges and student housing fines.
